@BBCWatchdog @WhichUK I sincerely hope you are following these tweets on the @Halo_Screening con. No objection in choosing a test provider recommended by @GOVUK and paying £89 for #TestToRelease Is it too much to expect at least the minimum of decency in service? #haloverifyfail

After 10 days in self-isolation, I’ve anyway reached the legal limit. @Halo_Screening just took my £89, sent a nice kit and disappeared like a classic con... #haloverifyfail

@Bam_1982 @Halo_Screening Even worse, test dropped in priority post box on Dec 18... 120 hours of delay and counting... No sign on the app or the desktop platform... Customer service doesn’t seem to be a valid concept... #haloverifyfail
