@British_Airways It would be good if you could motivate your check in staff at Bologna to inform business class passengers that there is a seperate entrance to security and the business lounge. Clearly the staff are really motivated and love their job #hateBA

@HenwickCharlie @British_Airways Don’t waste your time @HenwickCharlie - @British_Airways forgot what loyalty was years ago. Astonishing it is still behaving like this in current climate. @caro_milanesi @British_Airways I try not to fly on @British_Airways anymore and I was Gold tier once. Walked away while still on Silver. Just awful. EasyJet is head and shoulders better in Europe now. #HateBA

@pubdaddy @British_Airways @shauncollins @VirginAtlantic I have switched too. This ticket was booked by someone else. BA is done. Low-cost no-frills rubbish. For European flights my airline of choice is now @easyJet & for long haul its Virgin. #HateBA

Proof @British_Airways wants loyal travellers to despise it. Had misfortune to have a client book BA ticket (despite having “left” BA). For transatlantic flight from LHR to SAN I had to pay £45 for my baggage out and $60 back. No slack for a silver card holder. #HateBA
