Students in interdisciplinary fields often struggle with knowing who to read or cite, so creating resources like bibliographies, discipline maps, word clouds, etc. can delineate boundaries (@ElizabethWardle #Hutton18 #PurdueRC)

One-on-one, one-off workshops don't scale up well: it's a lot of resources for a small payoff. Instead, interdisciplinary larger-group faculty workshops can capitalize on faculty expertise and create institutional change around writing (@ElizabethWardle #Hutton18 #PurdueRC)
