In the middle of a massive undertaking by adapting @Mr_Rablin #hyperrubric concept and applying it to teacher evaluations…and I am PUMPED
@helgztech I have another self-assessment #HyperRubric and they select where rheybare on a scale, then do the lesson to the right which is linked to an @edpuzzle. It's a way I can teach multiple direct instruction lessons at once and give one on one instruction at the same time.

@RebeccaHydamac1 @cultofpedagogy @TCEA @Mr_Rablin Oh I see. That's a simple adaptation, I think. Essentially, have a lesson for proficiency for each criteria on the rubric.
I use the #HyperRubric to help my students with one area I want to see them grow in autonomy, and this is a way for them to self-assess.

A4. A couple of things. I employ a #hyperrubric mid writing process that has students self-assess where they are on the learning progression and move on to the next lesson, learning at their pace. Then I focus on the reflection.

The rubric is written/revised AFTER the first round of submissions, so that it can target areas of need.

This is why I liked he pre-assessment approach, finding out their greatest need, then designing a #HyperRubric to help students self-assess and provide immediate instruction to meet that need.
