International Conference for Genomic Medicine
يوم ثري جدًا أعاد ترتيب كثير من المفاهيم حول الطب الدقيق، الـ multi-omics، والذكاء الاصطناعي، من البحث إلى التطبيق السريري الحقيقي:
🔴 فقط 6٪ من برامج تطوير الأدوية في الأمراض الالتهابية تصل للاعتماد السريري
🔴 دعم اختيار الأهداف الدوائية بأدلة جينية بشرية يرفع فرص النجاح بشكل واضح
🔴 استخدام multi-layered genetic evidence يرفع النجاح السريري إلى ~17٪ (↑3.2x)
🔴 التحدي الأساسي ليس توفر الجينات بل تحديد causal gene الحقيقي
🔴 خلل الـ enhancers يلعب دورًا محوريًا في الأمراض المعقدة
🔴 الـ multi-omics غيّرت تشخيص الأمراض النادرة بشكل فعلي
🔴 استخدام mass spectrometry في الأمراض النادرة في ازدياد مستمر
