#Idea2 — Una idea por día para el Club de mis amores.
Hoy quiero hablar de algo mucho más importante que el fútbol.
La formación de un juvenil no debería terminar cuando deja de formar parte de un plantel.
Peñarol debería tener un programa permanente de acompañamiento psicológico y emocional para sus juveniles, no solo mientras están dentro del club, sino también en el difícil momento en que algunos deben abandonar el camino hacia el fútbol profesional.
Porque detrás de cada jugador hay un gurí, una familia, sueños, frustraciones y muchas veces una identidad construida alrededor de una pelota.
No todos llegan a Primera. Y tenemos que asegurarnos de que, cuando eso suceda, ninguno sienta que su vida perdió sentido.
Acompañar también es formar.
Porque un juvenil no debería ser solamente un proyecto de futbolista. Primero tiene que ser un proyecto de persona.
Y cuidarlos también es hacer grande a @OficialCAP
