Our data shows that incidence of #CRS and #ICANS beyond 2 weeks with #idecel. And #ciltacel is low. Given 4 weeks #REMS monitoring near treatment center and 8-weeks driving restriction can be physically, financially burdensome for patients, leading to less access/ increase disparity for vulnerable population— can we #reevaluate the need/ make flexible the #REMS in 🇺🇸??
