1- ف البدايه هنعمل curettage و irrigation كويس ب (chx or H2O2 or saline)
2- لو ال pericoronitis بسبب truma من ال opposing هنعمل selective grinding
3-هنمشي العيان ع mouth wash
اما ال antibiotics ف يستحسن نتجنبها ف الحاله دي
