Relative to charts covered last Friday, markets off to a good start early in trading. 4 pm is the more relevant read.
Ratio has crossed 0.6 levels.
Terrific move.

XAUUSD/SPX
whenever it has shown a bullish crossover with SMA-24 (black line) on monthly timeframe, GOLD ( in green) has outperformed equities.
When SMA24 floats around the chart or shows a bearish crossover, usually equities have outperformed the gold ( Phases marked with red arrows)
Right now, we are seeing a bullish cross over in last 3 months, also index is breaking the sideways range.

FMCG's outperformance has usually brought upon us a Corrective phase in NIFTY. Currently, it's only a couple of Months old. However, the sustenance can be ominous.
