On May 8, Texas' SB 21 bill passed the DOGE Committee review and is now heading for a final vote, with results expected within three weeks.
Ethereum has also surged, breaking above $2,200 today with a 24-hour gain of over 20%, and its market dominance rising to 17%. In the RWA sector, the token MANTRA (OM) experienced a sudden 90% plunge, dropping from $6 to $0.50, wiping out over $5.5 billion in market capitalization. Three hours later, the MANTRA team (issuer of the OM token) issued a statement claiming the crash was caused by irrational liquidations and not related to the project itself, denying any involvement.
