With that @graalvm enables re-use of existing production code in different ways. Much better than bundling a JVM with a #Java CLI tool. Not everywhere modern Java is available, one cannot rely on this. #GraalVM based native-image is easier to create than app-image via #jpackage.

question about #kotlin and #Java Scripting API #jsr223 My ScriptEngineManager can get an engine by extension for ".kts" if i do a low-level launch (from powershell with java -jar). But for the app installed with a #jpackage #widows msi, I get a "provider not found" error. Thanx

Has anyone observed that #Java #jpackage does not create properly working images when using Java-15? App complains some missing DLLs when packaged with Java-15. At least for Win8.1 - still need to test in Win10. Java-14 works perfect with same code. Same WiX toolset used.
