#JoeOltmann This is a double-edged sword. No one should ever have to deal with the FBI for any reason and certainly never have to worry about a corrupt agency in a mail-order mail administration running the White House, but at the very same time, words mean things and calling for anyone's death is not advisable. Calling for investigation? Sure, Calling for prosecution? You Bet! Calling for all remedies the law will allow? For sure. But at the same time the system wants to set us all up, so when a conservative makes bad broadcast judgment calls and just thinks it's a 1A issue, they are wrong. What is even worse, this compromised system we currently live under will NOW use this BS to paint all of us with one paint brush. That's the risk to us all. We can get our message out there without calling for violence, hangings or death to anyone. We MUST be smarter than this, especially when we cannot trust the system. @FBILosAngeles and @FBIDenver got walk-in reports about @realJoeOltmann who has been permanently suspended from X. The allegations involved "threats to the President," which is absurd since he speaks publicly on radio and podcast daily (#ConservativeDaily).
You don't have to agree with Joe to defend his right to free speech and to NOT be investigated by the @FBI. (I tend to agree with most of what Joe says.)
There are various things all #FBIAgents should be trained on, including the protections of the #1A. They are supposed to receive regular training on updates to 18USC875 criteria (interstate threats) and 18USC871 considerations (Threats against the President). Oltmann's quoted statement wasn't even close to justifying a report in eGuardian by a Duty Agent.
The cases like Brandenburg v Ohio and Watts v US should be part of ALL basic Constitutional Law courses - including at #Quantico. Why the Bureau has abandoned critical thinking... anyone's guess.

According to the Wayback Machine, between Sept 4, 2020 and Sept 7, 2020, the FBI updated their public facing "Core Values" under the "Mission" page. During that time, under #Director #ChrisWray:
the FBI moved "Rigorous Obedience to the Constitution" to the BOTTOM OF THE LIST. (They also moved the value of "Diversity" above "Fairness.")
What happened during the 1st week of September 2020? I want to know.
MY GUESS: In watching the numbers of FrankSpeech falling like a rock, I come to the conclusion #JoeOltmann is doing this once again for clicks, now he seems to be the owner of FrankSpeech and not Mike Lindell. He has done this before and his "street cred" went up as did views. Aside from that shallow "click bait look at me tactic" he is blatantly disregarding the lawsuits and safety of @realMikeLindell and @realDonaldTrump WHY NOW? It is these types of sound bites, which the left uses to attempt to prosecute Trump. How ironic OR PLANNED this is for Oltmann to say this as the judge in Georgia allows the possibility of Fani to continue her illegal prosecution. I say this is by design and designed to hurt Trump. Remember and see the news story again, they tie Oltmann back to everything MAGA, election claims and such. To me this is dog piling onto Trump via "implied association". Also remember Oltmann got into MAGA by presenting totally unsubstantiated or provable evidence about his "Coomer Call". (post -it notes) In turn that got everyone who used him and embedded him in their lawsuits, sued! THERE IS AN OBVIOUS PATTERN HERE. I see an operation in play here in all probability or at the very least a desperate narcissist's attempt to become relevant again now that everyone knows the damage his original claims caused. For all who are MAGA and support Trump, we cannot allow our words or emotions to fuel the fires and prosecutions of the left. @EricTrump @LaraLeaTrump Be aware of those seeding the lefts messaging that Trump gathered an army. Oltmann continues to do this. He is a militia leader and organizer, and this looks bad on all MAGA! The simplest of all litmus test on his statement is could he have said "Biden should be tried for treason and afforded the most serious punishments allowed by law" and arrived at the same place? YES, of course he could have, but his goal was not fact nor law, but damaging rhetoric. #Dangerous
