For the 1st time, drone bombing was done by #KukiMilitants on 01/09/2024 and continued for a couple of days in different locations. After the Chief of Indian Army hides the #DroneBombing, another drone attack was initiated.

Two bombs exploded near a Manipur Rifles barrack in Kangchup, Imphal West at 9:27 & 9:30 PM. It is suspected to be dropped from dronesโthe first such attack of 2025. Forensic teams recovered bomb fragments & drone propellers.
This follows a tragic bombing on Nov 11, 2024, where a mother lost her life. Why is this part of the district under repeated attack? Why hasnโt a mass combing operation been conducted to sanitize the region and prevent future threats?
We urge authorities to act decisively and secure the area and end this cycle of violence in Manipur.
