1 year ago today I received my ADHD diagnosis. In that year; 🤍 I’ve lost 15 kilos! Can SEE it in my face 🥹 🤍 I’m less agitated, less aggressive 🤍 More focused 🤍 Kinder to myself 🤍 No longer trapped in toxic cycles 🤍 I trust myself more #adhd #latedx

@AutisticCoach_ I read an article by a #lateDx woman. I remember exactly where I was - I can still feel the resonance of the clunk! in my head as the pieces fell into place. I considered dx for a year. But I needed certainty. I printed my screener results and silently gave them to my GP. #NHS
