Just seen #LBVCChat thread, looks like you had really great conversations! In my experience there are many strategies/approaches for supporting the individual to live well with their illness,injury/disability. For me being open & adaptable is key And no I haven't met @russwinn66!
My experience (living with illness/disability) is its the quality of relationship I have with myself that's critical for my wellbeing. Also a planned/chance meeting with another living with IID a few steps further on the journey can provide what I need at that moment #LBVCChat

Iโve always felt that no one ever really taught me HOW to do clinics, I just got chucked in at the deep end and have got a bit more confident with time. However my new hospital has TRAINING CLINICS with just 5-6 patients booked, the SHO sees everyone and the consultant sits in.
#LBVCChat working between @nswaci @eHealthNSW and @NSWHealth and many many clinicians I believe we can - we saw the power of data for change with #audit & #feedback through #LBVC diabetes, CHF and COPD
@lynmarch1 @nswaci Also thinking about data systems as behaviour change tool. Can we enable things faster- mandatory fields, make results transparent to increase rate of improvement, increasing visibility of other team members notes about the same patient to promote multi & interdisciplinary care
