Two weeks ago I spoke at @TheLeadDev #LDX3 - the title of the talk was "Your agents lack context: Here's how to fix `You're absolutely right!`"
It received an audience score of 4.4/5 - apparently this rates as "fantastic" although the perfectionist in me is still curious about the missing 0.6 🤦🏻♂️
The TLDR (...or too-long-didn't-watch?): Every new agent you spawn in a terminal is like you on Day 1 at your job. Very technically capable, but don’t know about about your company or how anything works.
The talk is practitioner’s guide for how folks try solve this problem and why they end up needing a context engine: the reasoning layer that continuously synthesizes organizational knowledge across disparate sources into unified, queryable understanding for agents.
