#LeJig This may LOOK like a simple layout for the former to be built on top. But think again. Measurements to 1:100th of a mm, angles to .01° . Then locked in under clear coat.

As I continue through the process of: Concept Design Prototyping Jig building and building the most challenging piece I've ever conceived, here's my last #LeJig offering for 2018. A sled for a curved/tapered leg with templates for 4 profile-weights.

More #LeJig work, today part of a press. One of many glue-ups. What do you use, when spreading over large surfaces, to get an even glue coat. I use a soft roller meant for ink blockprinting. 👍👍

@AndyWoodturner Indeed! #LeJig is part of a greater conversation and a very technically challenging piece both for it's design (down to the numbers) and execution. A piece which I hope will launch my shop and sell for a price that reflects the sort of work I intend to produce.
