I'm so happy to hear this - healing was, and always is, the aim. It has been an amazing month, and it is sad to see it end. What fun we had! However, there will be lots more community challenges coming up. Explored the city I grew up in a bit for the first time in years, discovered old Disney dollars now worth 20x+ their value and remembered 2 portals i have to do physical grid work at over the next few months before leaving.

I just completed a 30 day Loop break challenge. Typically I commit to something then self sabotage intervenes. This time I stuck to it and it feels so great.
My biggest challenge was that I decided to challenge myself to see the loop breaks I’m already doing unknowingly. I didn’t set out to do anything these 30 days but to show myself how I navigate timelines everyday.
I’m in so much gratitude to the people on here who were so inspiring. And I’m especially grateful to @SecretRiversMap for motivating us to break our loops.🌺

I'm feeling pretty emotional because of all the praise for #LoopBreak etc. I find it difficult to receive praise and gratitude. In the past, I would have shut down my social media, and hid in a darkened room for a while.
I'm not doing that this time. Thank you, friends, for supporting me, for loving me, for helping me, for picking me up when I fall. Most of all, thank you for being my equals. Not my followers or my fans. Just my friends.

We laughed, we grieved, we sorted and organised, we expanded, created, overcame and grew. Many of us made big decisions, many decided on new creative projects, many let things go. Some overcame huge challenges, and we were in awe as we witnessed your courage.
I will never be the same, and my heart is full of gratitude. Whether you were silent all the way through, or emailed me in private, or commented in public, did all 30 days or only a few of the days, you are equally valued. I am grateful for every single one of you.

I dug into a bass part I've been putting off on a complex project (for me, at least) and really got into the flow. I was surprised by visually finding the midi notes that needed to happen instantly. As if it was already cooked up in the aether. Very pleased!!
