@GuildOfMakers Mostly have to fit projects into the time available, but sometimes have deadline to meet.
The first leads to long running projects or small projects.
The latter is usually for paid contracts, it can lead to compromises but the deadline also pushed me to "get it done"

@GuildOfMakers A5: #MakersHours, well I did a PhD in Robotics so pledged my allegiance to our robot overlords long ago, and wouldn't be surprised if I accidentally I end up contributing to their future uprising. No Terminators have shown up for me yet though!
