Managing Complexity では、組織のパーパスと個人のパーパスとして扱っているので言い換えると、「組織のパーパスと個人のパーパスの重なりを作ってみてください」となります
これー、個人の目的からチームの目的に対してリンクが作れなかったら、あまり、そのチームに居るのはお薦めしないなあ
