"Trying to figure out what might happen next is exhausting and not particularly helpful in a quickly changing, volatile world. But keeping your eyes open for weak signals of things that are emerging in the present—that is vital work." - @jgberger

The thing I love most about this gift from @PeteAwe at "How to be awesome at your job" is not simply (simply!) that it's an act of kindness and generosity. It's that it shows he's so stinking awesome at his job. I love integrity.
@rrtrent892 You saw it at a bookshop!? That is strangely thrilling for me. I hope it helps--I wrote it to help us all make better sense of our growing in this complex world...
@justavagrant_ Some of us go back years--some are pretty new. A couple of old friends and I had this idea and then invited everyone from Cultivating Leadership (@leadershipgrows). And glorious people decided to do it. We'll expand beyond these early folks and see what happens next!
