Approved for printing. I’ve been making these maps since 1996 when I began my business. It’s hand drawn (traced) from an old Defense Mapping Agency base map from UNC-Wilmington. I digitized it using Adobe Illustrator to create a vector base map. It’s from that map that I gradually added on, more and more vector points, to get what we have today. It’s now in a Photoshop file in raster format so that I can make changes to the names and other elements each season. Paper maps are rare and ones this size (18” by 24”) even more rare. There’s just something nostalgic about plotting on a real paper map. These are available to our $25 Patreon supporters and will also be available for purchase via PayPal later this month. Imagine what it will look like filled in come November 30 and beyond….
