Developed a #MaturityMap today with a group of coaches in order to get shared understanding of practices the org uses to achieve alignment. As well as practice maturity it helped highlight information flow, practitioner groups and inertia. Super helpful! #BiasDisclaimer

So, what’s the difference between a Wardley Map and a Maturity Map? The axis are the same and Wardley Maps already contain practice. They are social practice, the difference is meaning. A #WardleyMap is about strategy, a #MaturityMap is about improvement. https://t.co/r4oWSOwLxD
