@eeone @CTVVancouver Ministry: “Incidents like this are rare.” I call BS. #MCFD Nothing makes me angrier than bureaucratic downplaying of harm. A disabled child was negligently scalded. Own up to it, apologize, and impose meaningful consequences that lead to changed behaviour for better outcomes.
