How about all Politicians #MEANSTESTED before they can run for offices or in office now. MEANS TESTED requirements are setup by the everyday people of USA.

However the differences are a big contrast.
$2000 #UBI would cost over $500 Billion. It would also be Taxable (Imagine 15%+)
