Rooting for the @NYMag staff who are unionizing. I've been in two unions different digital media publications and, now even as a freelancer, have seen the great work the NewsGuild is doing for the #miclayoff. Organizing levels the playing field and gets management to listen.

Offline until next week (but still DM me, Mic-ers!). I'm very heartened to see the support come through #MicLayoff. Digital media is a very tumultuous place, but there's no time or room for hate/spite. We need to pay rent, bills, debt, and think about the future. ✊❤️
