So I got questions...
Why do you think your shares are better left at your broker? Why wouldn't you keep them at AST?
What mechanism was used to do this when other shareholders don't have this luxury?
Something doesn't add up for me
So, here is the story on my shares. When McCabe requested his shares be transferred, RBC took ALL the shares that were at our broker, including mine and sent them in. McCabe's are at AST, but because I did not actually request the shares to be sent in, they put mine in cert form and sent back to my broker for safe keeping. Technically mine are in cert form now and in effect legitimate shares registered with AST.

Are you arguing that they didn’t tell $MMTLP investors that they were very stupid to trust their money with the company? They only said hey, you meet 6/8 criteria for being very stupid to invest in this?
National regulators aren’t responsible for your individual trades. Imaging how big the government would have to be to police each and every trade someone made in a terrible company. How did those oil deposits turn out by the way? I’d the answer is “they were a zero” then the stock was also a zero. It’s not as complicated as everyone wants to make it. You can’t demand value from a valueless instrument. No matter how excited you were about it.
