If we want teachers to focus on students’ strengths and help them find success, that same practice must be modeled by school leaders with teachers. Spotlight teacher strengths and gently coach them to tackle their struggles. #modelWhatYouExpect #leadership #teachersAreAmazing

Too often teachers are hired for strengths but then managed for weaknesses.
Effective leaders focus more on developing strengths than just focusing on weaknesses. It’s their strengths that make them amazing!
