Social Development's budget was reduced by R5.5 billion (2% of total budget); R3.7 billion was shifted to other depts. including R755.3 million for extended deployment of troops to Mozambique. R1.8 billion was declared unspent & returned to the National Revenue Fund #MTBPS2022
