2/N Savings on the ticket is meaningless if u end up losing a day, missing a meeting & suffering the stress. This isn’t just about a delay. Passengers pay for a service & deserve reliability, transparency & accountability. Lesson learned. Never @flyspicejet #NeverFlySpiceJet

Due to tragic Pahalgam terror attack, we had to cancel our Kashmir trip. In this war-like situation, @flyspicejet thinking pure business-refusing refund. @IndiGo6E understood & refunded. @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @RamMNK @GovernmentIndia #SpiceJet #NeverFlySpiceJet #PahalgamAttack

SpiceJet has cancelled flight (SG-323) from PAT to HYD scheduled 18th Sept. I got this information on 16th Sept, they are offering an 8 hour long flight against a 2h flight cancelled and yes that is the only alternative flight they are offering. #neverflyspicejet @flyspicejet

Worst experience with #spicejet, schedule changed to indirect just 3 days before departure, and now 15-20 days for the refund, no reply from CS.#neverflyspicejet

Spicejet cancelled its flight from Pune to Patna on September 7th. I had reserved two tickets with PNR: D8QM3P. They stated that it would be refunded within 10 days. It's been two months, and every time I call, they tell me to wait another ten days. #NeverFlySpiceJet #SpiceJet

@flyspicejet goes from bad to worse. Boarded SG 168 today. First had to face the rude behavior of the staff during check in, then I receive my new suitcase all spoilt due to mishandling by #Spicejet staff. Now at Mumbai, the customer support missing! Pathetic!! #NeverFlySpicejet
