@VerizonSupport Clearly my experience does not matter to you, Cryssie, because you sent me to collections over a $68 charge that 3 of your best customer service reps told me was incorrect and shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. #NeverVerizon #TMobileTilIDie

@SenRickScott @RepBrandonGill @Verizon Well, this tells me to stick with the service I have, because @verizon just proved they can't be trusted. #neverVerizon

@Verizon you cut off service to a 89 year old with little warning, you cannot look up a bill based on the email statement YOU send, and your customer service is deplorable. Bad Verizon. #neverVerizon

@verizon didn't you turn off data for firefighters in California during the wild fires? @JohnLegere @TMobile would never do that. Maybe an apology commercial would have been better #neververizon #TMobile #NetNeutrality

@HoneyBakedBeans @verizon @JohnLegere T-Mobile has the best customer support in the world. Leave Verizon, but ensure your bill is PAID IN FULL before you leave. They close your online account immediately and make final payment a hassle, in an attempt to place you in collection. Corporate bullies. #NeverVerizon
