Noting that @British_Airways call centre is just hanging up on me. Question about refunds as I have to cancel a trip in October thanks to LHR-GLA sector cancellations. Hoping for better luck in a DM. #neverflybaagain

@British_Airways Quote of the day from your ground crew.. 'If I was a passenger I would never fly @British_Airways either'. It's been a shambles as we haven't been given any information either. The only info we got was from customers.' #neverflybaagain #useless

@British_Airways yet again you prove your complete incompetence. Not only do you cancel our flight, send us no communication about our rebooking. But to top it all off you also lose our suitcase. #neverflybaagain #useless
