@bradleyrsimpson @AmericanAir Yup. Especially since people are changing travel plans for #COVID19 the non #CustomerService I got from #AmericanAirlines ensured I will NEVER fly with @AmericanAir again #neverflyingAAagain
@douglikes2drink @DrTwatsonnnnn @AmericanAir ...the weather excuse again. Then they said maintenance, then copilot excuse again, back to weather & round & round. Next thing we know they’re boarding a whole bunch of new passengers! And that’s what the delay was really about. AA lied through their teeth. #neverflyingAAagain
.@americanair A faulty overhead bin completely came detached from the ceiling and crushed my head on a AA flight. The flight attendant did nothing, and the pilots laughed and thought it was funny until they saw I was injured. My head thinks otherwise #neverflyingAAagain
Deplaning our flight because @AmericanAir can’t find a pilot. This is after cancelling our flight YESTERDAY & initially rescheduling us to a midnight flight TOMORROW. #FAIL #NeverFlyingAAagain
Note that @AmericanAir has told me here on Twitter this was both "planned" and "unexpected" #baitandswitch #NeverFlyingAAagain
