Trying to cancel my mom’s @GetSpectrum cable service after she moved into assisted living in Jan has been an absurd 5-month process with no end in sight. The customer service has to be the worst, most frustrating & insane process I’ve ever dealt w/. #NeverSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum

@GetSpectrum @SHO_Homeland Never get service that buries non-teaser rates in fine print. Never get internet service where the uploads are absurdly slower than downloads. Never support a company that fights net neutrality. Never support a company that fights to make competition illegal. #neverspectrum

Update! I wrote a letter to Spectrum leadership about hiding their policy change and turning off paid-for services. I got a call from Michelle who said Spectrum was under no obligation to remind me of their policy change and all charges are fair. #NeverSpectrum Don’t @getspectrum

Dear @GetSpectrum, I’m Mad... about You. Not the TV show, but you. Because you have, in effect, stolen $125 from my family under the guise of your “subscription policy”, which claims that cable/internet/telephony services paid in advance are a non-refundable subscription. /1
