Effective, February 2, 2026, the 24/7 onsite RN at nursing homes that President Biden implemented will no longer be in effect.
Under President Biden, a Registered Nurse (RN) was required to be on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at nursing homes.
As of December 2, 2025, that law has now been repealed by @realDonaldTrump and @SecKennedy @RobertKennedyJr.
