@TheRealHoarse I’ve got a GREAT one, but it happened back in July. My oldest of 3, my only son, 35, went to Bali with his GF and PROPOSED!!! And she said yes! 😊❤️ I’m so excited and happy for the both of them. This old(er) momma might be a grandmomma some day. 😄 #OneGoodThing

One small thing for anxiety: Drop your shoulders & unclench your jaw. Lower them away from your ears, let your jaw go slack. Hold 15–20 sec while exhaling slowly. Anxiety tightens these muscles Releasing them signals safety to nervous system. 🫶🏽💧❤️‍🩹 #oneGoodThing #LetsFeelBetter

One small thing to feel better: If possible,Stand up & take 3 slow deep breaths. Inhale 4 sec through nose, hold briefly, exhale 6 sec through mouth. This activates our calm system, lowers stress & clears mental fog in under 30 seconds. 🫶🏽💧❤️‍🩹 #oneGoodThing #LetsFeelBetter
