Pero en general, es lo que sucede con las IPOs u OPVs. ¿Por qué?
Imagina que quieres sacar a bolsa tu empresa. Esto es básicamente vender una parte de tu negocio al público en general. ¿Qué precio le pondrías?
El más alto que puedas.
Pues eso mismo hacen los dueños de las empresas que salen a bolsa. Y por eso mismo, en general, invertir en salidas a bolsa es tan mala idea.
A no ser, por supuesto, que el vendedor sea el Estado. Como en el caso de #Aena . Si el que vende es el Estado, los que se están intentando hacer ricos van por otro lado.
Estoy viendo bastante ruido con las posibles #OPVs de @SpaceX , @OpenAI y @AnthropicAI , y me parece raro venderlo como algo terrible para el mercado. Por market cap podrían ser de las más grandes de la historia.
La clave técnica está en la microestructura de la colocación, es muy probable que arranquen con free float bajo y lo hagan por tramos, con varios lanzamientos. Si la primera no fija bien el pricing y sale bajista, el precedente te enfría el apetito por riesgo para las siguientes colocaciones (OpenAI/Anthropic). Además, al principio ni siquiera van a mover índices de forma directa, tardan semanas en entrar en S&P/Nasdaq. Con ese setup, lo lógico es que las primeras rondas se intenten cerrar con demanda fuerte para generar tracción y que los primeros asignados puedan capturar upside… otra historia es lo que pase después.

The agreement was signed by the Principal Director (Air Acquisition), #CGHQ and Vice President, L&T, in the presence of Deputy Director General (Aviation). The #RLHTS aims at enhancing safe helicopter operations by ensuring reliability and flexibility in maritime environments, marking a significant stride towards defence self-reliance.
