How do #spiders catch #insects? 🕷️🤗🪰 Many spiders coat threads with sticky substances when constructing snares. Such snares can be the capture spiral of #orbwebs 🕸️ to intercept flying prey 🪰🦟 or ground traps to capture walking prey 🐜🪳 (so-called gumfoots). 1/4
