Ari Rubenstein of GTS Securities, James Angel, his employee from Rubenstein's Modern Markets Initiative...
But they both had links to @FINRA which gave GTS permission to continue trading OSTKO on the OTC despite objections from Overstock.
So when you observe James Angel defending FINRA's actions and promoting trading Next Bridge as if he speaks for shareholders...
What he's actually doing is promoting the interests of his employer Ari Rubenstein of GTS Securities, the same firm with links to the earliest and final trades in $MMTLP.

Just like $MMTLP, @FINRA appears to have ruled in favor of Ari Rubenstein (a member of their Market Surveillance Advisory group BTW) allowing him to continue trading OSTKO on the OTC despite complaints from the issuer.
Just like $MMTLP, @Georgetown professor James Angel (& employee of Ari Rubenstein via Modern Markets Initiative) portrayed himself as a Overstock shareholder and spoke up in opposition to the issuer.

@treesandquiet @JoseyWalesPace If you sell $OSTKO at any time above the 90% of $OSTK price & immediately use proceeds to buy #OSTK you would be ahead - but as #OSTKO is currently right at the 90% value there is no benefit in selling now or waiting for the conversion
