Nor is the senior position offered to someone in their first year of healthcare work.

This is a good eg of the other side of #PAGate… jnr drs in many areas are being sidelined…Left to do all the tedious admin work, working nights & weekends while PAs are paid MORE to do the ‘glory’ bits of the job 9-5.
No wonder JDs are angry.
