#Parkways were built for passenger cars and trucks, and bridges over them tend to be low. Commercial vehicles should stay off parkways, even if the vehicle is legal height.
New York's parkways are beautiful roadways created as scenic byways. Trucks, commercial vehicles and towing vehicles are prohibited. Many of the bridges cannot accommodate the height of these larger vehicles.
