Letโs normalise talking openly & honestly with professional colleagues about how certain cases at work make us feel. We are only human. No matter how old/experienced/stoic/resilient you are,something unexpected can creep up and sucker punch you at any time! Itโs ok, thatโs normal
@PHEMFeedback The hot/cold reflection was an interesting one from a delegate. Making sure to go back and review your initial reflections down the line is probably really important rather than keeping a fixed view from that emotive index experience.
