We hypothesized that the Bb forms by molecular condensation, mediates/driven by Buc #phase_separation. To test our hypothesis we investigated Bb formation in developing #zebrafish ovaries in vivo. We provide three lines of evidence to conclude the the Bb is a #condensate:
