The Portage Park shooter had 34 charges against him stemming from a DOUBLE MURDER HOME INVASION in 2018. 95% of those charges were dropped and he was sentenced to 8 years…served 4. After being released for 3 months, he murdered 3 more people in cold blood. Does that sum it up?
