आजकल NF-SAG/SAG ग्रेड प्रमोशन के दौरान यदि किसी अधिकारी का ट्रांसफर किसी दूरस्थ जोन में कर दिया जाता है, तो उसे निरस्त कराकर ADRM के पद पर नियुक्त होना सबसे आसान विकल्प बन गया है।
