The tiger cages of Con Son Island, cramped stone boxes where prisoners were kept folded for weeks, were built with American funding and American approval. He became a respected member of the foreign policy establishment. And now his grandson, Elbridge Colby, sits at the center of U.S. defense policy. This is not ancient history. The CIA arranges Gladio style domestic terror attacks in a country, they coup the country (which they have repeatedly tried to do here), they install a surveillance system under the guise of 'saving' us and providing 'safety'. The newly installed surveillance system is turned on the citizens who refuse to comply with forced vaccinations, for example. They used the surveillance system in Chile to track union activists who were unionizing against unsafe working conditions in copper mines where US corporations had the concession. They implemented this same system in Columbia with UK, Israel, and the US. Instead of using it to track the drug traffickers and manufacturers, they used it to assassinate anyone exposing it.
