No receipt, no verified Amazon order, no shipping, no expert, no transactional data. Just click activity they tried to pass off as proof 🤷♂️
2/ The “expert”? Not a recognized e‑commerce forensic, never testified, not qualified to interpret Amazon data. Judge let them float it anyway. Storytelling is NOT evidence. 🙄
3/ Sy Ray could’ve explained timing inconsistencies, ping/tower limits, IGG tech issues, phone location problems… judge calls him a “conspiracy theorist” & blocks him. Wild.
4/ Nov 18 doc = HUGE. Kohberger’s name shows up b/4 IGG, b/4 Hyundai ID, b/4 the genetic genealogist hired, b/4 any supposed “break”. Probable cause retrofitted, not discovered.
5/ Other than that, what points to him? Honestly… not much:

•no texts/socials
•no stalking history
•no blood in car
•no DNA in house (except sheath)
•no weapon, clothes, gloves, witness placing him there

✔ lots of evidence that raises questions
✔ lots of evidence pointing in OTHER directions
✔ lots of evidence that doesn’t match Kohberger
❌ almost no unchallenged evidence pointing TO him
❌ & the strongest piece (sheath) has multiple issues

'Insultingly weak'
The day before the plea hearing, the victim in the case told the Times-Mirror she was blindsided when Brady informed her that day about the plea agreement.
"Throughout our entire time with her there has been a major lack of transparency, and an insultingly weak attempt at prosecuting this case to the fullest extent. They have tried to question the validity of my #stalking experience, despite the hundreds of pictures of evidence and the fact that Julian was convicted of stalking me in Richmond," the woman said in the March 20 email.
"The email today was the last straw. After finally seeming like she understood the importance of this case and the danger this man is to our community, my family finally felt as if we could trust her and she was doing her job. Then today, she pulls the rug out from me and my family after multiple meetings where she prepared us for trial. After acting and telling us that she would be taking this case to trial, and then she goes back to the original plea deal."
After the court hearing, the victim confronted Brady, who was accompanied by several sheriff's deputies. "You lied to me," the woman told Brady.
"I did what I felt was right," Brady responded. "Ultimately, it's my decision."
