8th attempt today to book and pay a flight on @British_Airways website and app, still the same message at the end ("sorry something went wrong, start again"). There does not seem to be any rush to fix. Will go to easyjet I guess #BritishAirways #poorwebsite

Think @premiumcredit need to get their act together got a letter yesterday telling me that if I do not sign my cycle insurance agreement by the 4th October charge of £10. Agreement already signed Tried to call 57 in queue got to 27 cut off. #poorcustomerservice #poorwebsite
