🚨Sadly, no response from the elected officials for the Plymouth county we tagged. Issues continue with the #PrepMod websites. The available appointments in (at least) #Marshfield & #Randolph sites can't be booked🚨 @MassGov @MassGovernor @anissagardizy8 @PerryNBCBoston @erbrod
🚨 Major bug in the #PrepMod site https://t.co/aHbFEwT8Ak preventing hundreds of available appointments to be booked 🚨 600 #Marshfield slots with no way to book them b/c 15m waiting period disappeared 🚨 #EpicFail NO #VaccineEquity

@PaulaEbben @wbz I BRIEFLY got in but had the same problem as last week: 100’s of slots listed as available within the #PrepMod menu, but then no times available when clicking through to schedule. I tried multiple dates/sites (Fenway, Gillette)... then I got booted back out to the waiting room 😑
@MAHealthHosp @MassHHS @MassDPH @MassMedical @cobth The scheduling site #prepmod is still a mess. @MassGov a leader in tech, biotech, universities, hospitals couldn’t build a basic website for its citizens to vaccinate
#mapoli How much is Team Baker paying for all these non-competitive /no-bid Vaccine Contracts? No transparency, so no one knows. #Prepmod @lisakashinsky
We have been telling you this. And yes, we went looking for the #PrepMod contract before it became a household name last week when the site crashed. And for the most part, people don't care ...
Perfect example of a terrible #uxdesign. No thought was given to the end-user or how to make this more effective and efficient. #prepmod needs to go, start over with a new solution. @MassGovernor @MassGov We need #preregister & stop showing locales with 0 appts.
As a CT resident trying to schedule an in-laws Covid vaccine is a nightmare. Massachusetts needs to know this #prepmod system absolutely sucks.
@lisakashinsky @bostonherald Baker didn't even alert #PrepMod that he was moving to Phase 2 the next day-meaning a million more users were told to go to website at 8am & @CharlieBakerMA doesn't bother to alert the company that makes website?
Baker should have used MA resources like MIT not PrepMod. #resign
@JoeCurtatone @Jo_Comerford @MindyForMA @SoniaChangDiaz @BillDriscollJr @RonMariano @EdMarkey @NikaElugardo @SenWarren @MikeConnollyMA @AyannaPressley @MassAGO @DianaDiZoglio @KarenSpilka @livgust @lisakashinsky #PrepMod is not based in MA so apparently out of state communication (such as by phone, email, zoom meeting) between Baker admin and Software Vendor Team was not possible?! #charliebaker #Covid19MA
So @CharlieBakerMA blamed #PrepMod for failing to prep and #PrepMod blames state for failing to communicate? Is no one accountable? #Covid19MA #CharlieBaker #mapoli
#mapoli #PrepMod Vendor had no idea to expect high volume? @MassGovernor @MassDPH @MassHHS @MLSudders Can anyone explain? #Covid19MA @lisakashinsky @lexcohan
#mapoli State oversight hearings should dig more deeply into why and how @MassGovernor chose to shut down all local distribution choices, opposed preregistration, and chose a controversial software solution that received such mixed reviews from other states. #Covid19MA #PrepMod
#bospoli #mapoli When will MA reporters dig deeper into #PrepMod and discover its many challenges in other states and why it cannot technically serve as preregistration system? @CharlieBakerMA
#mapoli On what basis did @MassGovernor select #PrepMod as MA’s Vaccine Management solution given that it lacks mission-critical preregistration functionality? @MassGovernor @MassDPH @MassHHS @lisakashinsky @lexcohan #charliebaker
After their #Massachusetts' #vaccine website crashed 3 minutes in, #PrepMod "deeply regrets what happened... and are committed to ensuring this does not happen again." https://t.co/ir64dnHS7H Classic case of #marketing hype not matching delivery. #COVIDVaccine
#mapoli Why did @CharlieBakerMA choose to invest in a vaccine management software solution well known to lack a preregistration capability for validated eligibility and access? #PrepMod @MassGovernor #VaccineEquityNow #Covid19MA #bospoli
Inability to create a one-time registration solution to manage different eligibility pools. #prepmod #Mapoli #charliebaker #Covid19MA @CharlieBakerMA
#mapoli It seems #PrepMod is not a strong preregistration solution. So why did @CharlieBakerMA select it? https://t.co/yklQNWGAz7
1/ If your state is using #PrepMod take a look at our open source code for scraping the website & showing clinics w/#Covid #Vaccine appnts. & registration links. Just change the base URL & some scraping tweaks should work. We tested w/ND. @WhatWorksCities https://t.co/qD0tWAjMj8
