Talk: Information-Theoretic One-Time Programs from Geometrically Local QNC₀ Adversaries

• The vision of One-Time Programs (OTPs) that can only run once and then self-destruct.
• How to construct them using Quantum Random Access Codes (QRACs) and Random Linear Code.
• A new way to measure security using Rényi (collision) entropy.
• Proofs showing that even powerful adversaries with constant-depth local quantum circuits cannot break the scheme.

• Introduction to One-Time Memories (OTMs) and their role in secure computation.

• A progress bound technique limiting what an adversary can learn.
